Brief

We built Factorial Seongsu website to deliver the brand's image as a smart office with an innovative experience. Interactive digital experience within the platform clearly conveys the brand and identity of the space, which goes beyond the general conception of a platform just providing information.

Concept

Digital Serviced Building
Factorial Seongsu is the next generation of the office, offering a seamless office experience with smart technology. Also, various contents provide a new way of office life that people would have never experienced. We used WebGL technology to show the building of the office in an impactful way and focused on providing seamless experience of the space through 360° tour.

The area Seongsu that represents the identity of Factorial Seongsu is visually presented in three dimensions with WebGL applied. The 3D camera angle overviewing the building located in front of Seongsu station and its area provides the vivid experience as if seeing the actual building. Also, the special space of the building can be previewed with the projecting effect when you mouse over it.

You can see all the information about the building with just one scroll. Also, we condensed information of floors, key services, and features into one page to make them easy to understand.

Clear introduction to the services, an experience that leads to 3D tour

The core elements of the brand are categorized into three keywords, TECH, SPACE, and SERVICE, making it easy to navigate. We designed a UI that leads to a 3D tour at the bottom of each page to shape a natural flow to the building tour.

3D Tour to WorkShop, multiple-purpose cultural space

The WorkShop space features stylish interiors, a relaxing environment, and F&B facilities including a café and bar. The WorkShop 3D Tour provides a seamless experience from the entrance to the café and bar underground by the escalator. You can experience all the main services simply with scrolling down and freely explore the space with rotating in 360 degrees.

We visualized the cultural advantages by marking the landmarks of Seongsu on the location page and highlighted geographical convenience by showing the ways and time to reach major locations of Seoul.

SpaceClick Tour, the core technology of the Smart Office

After the WorkShop tour, you’ll be guided to the office showing the core technology and services of Factorial Seongsu. When scrolling down, you will be given a mission to continously experience key features of the space. Also, you will experience robot delivery services and a smart meeting room just by clicking the page. While interacting with people in every corner of the tour route, you will easily understand characters of the space. The real-life office environments and people are vividly animated, which creates an immersive experience absorbed into the space.
