Metaverse Platform
Galaxy Research Lab’ implements a metaverse-like element that can be built on the web so that users can take the initiative in experiencing the online experience zone. Users can freely move in the desired direction through the joystick, try the experience zone as if playing a game, and focus on expressing the motion of the avatar and the motion of moving to the conversation with the researcher to enable a more immersive experience.
Main WebGL
From Galaxy S22/S22+ lab to Galaxy S22 Ultra lab, Galaxy Tab S8 lab, and Galaxy ECO lab, the lab where you can experience each product has created a 3D space based on the motifs from each product and implemented it as Webgiel. For an optimized device-specific experience, we have optimized polygons and textures to minimize loading.
Intro Movie
In order to convey the user’s experience of getting out of reality and entering the virtual reality called ‘Galaxy Lab’, before entering the WebGL environment, the intro video that seems to be entering the Galaxy Lab is arranged. Through this experience, users can have a more realistic experience by incorporating it into the world view of ‘Galaxy Lab’.
Personalized Experience
We meet with alien researchers in charge of each research institute and have an interactive conversation in a dialog type, receive recommendations for functions that suit you, or recommend external links that can check additional information for individual information. On the other hand, we wanted to develop a note avatar for existing note users, and if we chose that avatar, we would like to land it to start in the S22 Ultra Zone to deliver a personalized experience tailored to our customers’ interests.
Interactive 360 / AR
When entering each research institute, 360 contents that allow you to experience the product interactively can be checked first, so that you can experience the product indirectly by looking back at the product on the web. Furthermore, we made it possible to shoot AR of the product with alien researchers to provide users with a more enjoyable experience and to participate in events naturally.
Friendly Tone & Manner
Using cute concept alien illustrations produced in collaboration with an illustrator named Ttomatto (@tt0matt0_), users can enter the experience zone, feel interested and continue the experience. In addition, the alien researchers located in front of the lab have applied detailed devices such as animations that induce user avatars to enter each lab by waving their hands when approaching. The copy was also written in a friendly tone and manner to talk to users, and the tone and manner of the conversation was more realistic by reflecting the nicknames set by the users throughout the conversation.
